3M™ G3000 Series safety helmets are designed in close collaboration with forestry and industrial workers. They are intended for use in harsh environments where there are high demands for effective protection, excellent ventilation, and a maximum field of vision. The slim profile allows falling objects to slide off easily without knocking the helmet out of position. The rounded design, free from sharp or protruding parts, together with the highly comfortable lining and the easy adjustment of the neck strap, makes the G3000 unique.

Use the 3M™ G3000 safety helmet when head protection is required in demanding environments. The helmets meet the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 even when the suspension is rotated 180° (worn backwards). The helmet is available with either pin‑lock or ratchet suspension, and with a plastic or leather sweatband. Its lightly rounded shape provides a wide field of vision and helps prevent snagging on wires or branches. It is available with or without ventilation openings, which are distributed over a larger area to ensure maximum airflow and increased user comfort. The short brim improves upward visibility, and the 3M™ Uvicator™ indicator shows when the helmet has been exposed to more UV radiation than it can withstand, indicating that it is time to replace it. The head harness can be rotated 180° for improved visibility when working in confined spaces. The helmets meet the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 with the suspension rotated 180°, and electrically insulated versions comply with EN 50365:2002 for use in low‑voltage installations.
